Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card.

     Cancellation of Orders

If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. But, if your order has not been shipped and timely informed you may cancel the order.

Exchanges

Many goods which are sold at Village Artisanal de Ouagadougou site exist in one copy only as they are handmade so we cannot guarantee you an exchange for exactly the same items but we will be glad to exchange for other similar item. If you wish to exchange the received item, please, inform us through the contact us form. Just let us know about your wish to exchange and we will send you other goods not waiting until we receive the goods from your side.

Misship, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. We will return money for the damaged item(s) or replace it with other item(s) at your choice.

Refusal of Shipments

If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to Village Artisanal de Ouagadougou. If you refuse from your package at the post office before receiving it the shipment will be returned at no cost from your side.
